Exhibitor Information
Dear Prospective Exhibitor,

On behalf of Illinois DECA, host state for the 2010 Central Region Leadership Conference (CRLC), I offer you a marketing opportunity that will enable your business to exhibit before 2,500 student and advisor members of DECA. Your marketing presence at our 13state conference serves to benefit your company as well as out students and advisors. Click here for exhibitor packet.

CRLC VISION2010 will be held from December 2nd through 4th, 2010 at the downtown Chicago Hyatt Regency Hotel. Exhibitors may set up and exhibit beginning at 4:00pm to 11:00pm on Thursday, December 2nd and exhibit on Friday, December 3rd from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Click here for
set–up requirements. The fee to exhibit for this period of time is $400.00 and checks should be made payable to CRLC 2010.

Click here to see the display areas for your business or organization. All requests are due October 29, 2010. Due to hotel restrictions, there will be only 25 spaces available.

The Fire Marshall has issued specific criteria for each vendor tablet hat must be adhered to (click here for Fire Marshall regulations). Your vendor space will consist of an exhibit table. Backdrops are not permitted according to the fire code. Your display will be in an unsecure area near the general sessions and break
–out rooms. It will be your responsibility to take your display down to secure your items overnight.
