Frances has been a member of FIA for over 20 years and has held senior executive roles in a number of not-for-profit organisations including Heart Foundation, Save the Children and Spine Care Foundation. She has been a very active member of the NSW Executive Committee over the last few years, holding various portfolios such as Awards, CFRE and Fellows. Frances has been a mentor for new fundraisers for the past two years and was an adjunct lecturer and tutor in the Master of Management Program at the University of Technology, Sydney for four years.

Tracey is currently working at Saint Ignatius’ College Adelaide as the Director of Development, where she is responsible for all advancement programmes including annual giving, capital campaigns, major gifts, bequests and all associated events. Previously Tracey has worked with Diabetes SA, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Research Foundation, Royal District Nursing Service, St Vincent de Paul Society and Time for Kids. Tracey has been a member of FIA since 2002 and was FIA South Australia State President and member of the FIA Board. In 2008 Tracey was recognised as a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and has a keen involvement in professional development having attended Madison Down Under six times and been a regular Skills 1 & 2 presenter. In 2010 Tracey was the Programme Director for FIA’s 33rd International Fundraising Conference.

Fletch, as he prefers to be known, has been a member of FIA for over 20 years. He has been a strong leader for much of this time through being Chapter President in SA, as well as involvement with both the VIC and WA Chapter Executives. He has also been involved as Chairperson of the Midlands Region of the IoF in the UK and also as National Chairperson of the Healthcare Special Interest Group. He has had a strong commitment to learning and education in all of these roles. He was a founding Program Director for Madison Down Under and remained as a faculty member until 2010. He was appointed as a Fellow of FIA in 2001 and achieved the CFRE credential in 1997. He has worked in senior fundraising positions in organisations such as Royal Adelaide Hospital Research Fund, University Hospital Birmingham Charities, Cabrini Health, depressioNet and Xponential Philanthropy.

Melita has been a member of FIA for the past 6 years, and during this time has been Vice President of the TAS Executive, as well as looking after the Mentoring, Professional Development and Membership portfolios. She started her career as a journalist, moving over to fundraising in 1999. As well as being a Sessional Tutor and Guest Lecturer at Deakin University, she has worked with organisations including Surf Coast Shire, Bethany Community Support, Menzies Research Institute and Heart Foundation Tasmania.

Bianca was awarded the 2012 FIA Young Fundraiser of the Year award for her outstanding contribution to the profession. She started her career in advertising, but soon decided that she would be better suited to a fundraising career and moved to Whitelion in 2005. Bianca was instrumental in the set up and delivery of FIA professional development and networking events on the Gold Coast, coordinating the group for over three years, assisting delivery of almost 10 functions to Gold Coast-based fundraisers. She worked at CareFlight Rescue for 3 years before setting up her own consultancy business in 2011.

Heiko has worked as a fundraiser since 1994, commencing his career with Fundraising Management Consultants. At Brightwater Care Group, his department is primarily responsible for identifying new and alternative revenue streams through government, corporate and community applications to fund capital expenditure projects. As at August 2011, $16 million of the $20 million target for the Oats Street Redevelopment Project had been secured through a mix of funding applications to government, corporate and the community sector. During his time as CEO of Fundraising Management Consultants, Heiko developed and mentored a team of national training consultants and provided strategic fundraising advice to clients. Heiko has been an active member of the WA State Executive since he joined FIA and has presented at many Skills workshops in WA.

Cheryl began her fundraising career over 20 years ago in Canada with Wanuskewin Heritage Park in Saskatoon. She worked in Vietnam for four years before moving to Australia and working with Bush Heritage and now WaterAid. She achieved her CFRE credential in 1998 and has attended many international conferences and professional development courses including FIA (presenter), ConEX, AFP, United Way (presenter), Asia Pacific Fundraising Conference, The Fund Raising School, NSFRE and Canadian Centre for Philanthropy. Cheryl has been on the VIC State Executive since 2010.

Angie began in the fundraising industry in her home country of Canada in 2002 where she worked for the Alzheimer Society of BC, the University of B.C. and the University of Alberta. Her areas of expertise include special events, annual giving programmes, and major gifts. She has been a member of FIA since she moved to Australia in 2009 where she has worked at RMIT University and Bush Heritage Australia. Besides her fundraising experience, she brings unique teaching experience after achieving her Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teaching in 2010. Currently as a Philanthropy Executive for Bush Heritage located in Perth, Angie is responsible for growing the major gifts portfolio along with liaising with WA-based bequestors.

Susanne is a fundraising professional with 18 years experience in fundraising, marketing and management roles in both the not-for-profit and commerical sectors. She has successfully implemented a wide range of fundraising programs including direct mail, merchandising, major gifts, major events, third party and planned giving programs. In total she has raised more than $30 million for the medical research, arts, and welfare sectors, including securing one of the largest gifts to the performing arts ($5 million) and, most recently, a $2 milion corporate gift to the Reach Foundation. She has also received a number of awards including: Mobius Award - Best of Show for a direct mail campaign for the Arts Centre; FIA Travel Scholarship from Perpetual Trustees; Best Practice Charity Award, Ethical Investor Magazine; Bronze Pyramid Award for Excellence, Promotional Products Association International; and Award for Marketing Achievement in the not-for-profit sector, Australian Marketing Institute.
 
Bruno Yvanovich FFIA [More Info]
Bruno has been a member of FIA for over eleven years, and has held various roles at state and national level including Chapter President and National Director and was elected a Fellow of FIA in 2010. He has held senior fundraising roles at Australian National University, Greening Australia and Australian Catholic University. Bruno has over 20 years training experience both as a presenter and in training development across many sectors. He 'retired' late last year, but continues to support the profession with various writing, training and speaking engagements.
