Q. How do I register?

A. You can register 24 hours a day through Friday, April 3, 2015 by clicking here.

  

Q. What is the cost to attend Vision 2015?

A.  The Vision 2015 conference registration fee is $1,395 (early-bird discounted fee good until Tuesday, March 3, 2015) and then $1,495 thereafter. The fee includes all meals, refreshment breaks, access to all general and breakout sessions, all conference and session materials, entertainment and one networking activity that is offered on Tuesday afternoon, May 5th.

  

Q. Is there a discounted hotel rate for Vision 2015 attendees?

A.   The Gaylord National Resort has a negotiated room rate of $239 plus tax and a resort fee of $18 per night for registered Vision 2015 attendees.  All attendees are responsible for securing their own hotel room reservations and covering all hotel expenses.  A valid credit card is required to secure a hotel reservation.

To make a reservation, click here to book online or call 1 800 429 5673 and request the group rate for Experian. Room reservations must be made by Monday, April 13, 2015 in order to guarantee the discounted group rate.  In order to confirm a reservation, a first nights deposit is required and is nonrefundable.

  

Q. Can I extend my stay at the Gaylord National Resort?

A.  Yes, we invite you to arrive early and/or extend your stay and enjoy the area.  The conference rate of $239 plus taxes and an $18 per night resort fee is offered three days prior to and three days following the conference, dependent on availability at the time of making your reservation.

  

Q. Will transportation be provided between the hotel and airport?

A.  Complimentary departure shuttle service will be provided on the last day of the conference, Wednesday, May 6 from the resort to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) starting at 12 noon and ending at 4 pm. 

  

Q. Can I bring a guest?  

A.   Yes. The guest registration fee is $350 and includes all hosted conference meals, evening entertainment and a Tuesday networking activity. Vision 2015 Conference general sessions and breakout sessions are not included. Guests must be adults (18 years of age or older) and family members or friends who do not work in a financial services-related industry.

  

Q. What is the dress code for Vision 2015?

A. Recommended attire for all sessions and events during Vision 2015 is business casual, except for the Monday evening event and networking activities. Monday evening’s networking dinner is casual attire. For suggested attire for your selected networking activity, please check in with the activity desk at registration.

Business casual should be interpreted as dress slacks and collared long- or short-sleeve shirts for gentlemen; suits, jackets and ties are not required. Pants, skirts, dresses and pantsuits are appropriate for ladies. Jeans and tennis shoes are not appropriate for Vision 2015. 

  

 Q. What is the conference cancellation and substitution policy?

A. Conference registrations may be cancelled in writing until Friday, April 3, 2015.  Please email your cancellation request to visionconference@experian.com.  Refunds will not be issued for registrants who do not attend and have not provided written notification prior to April 3, 2015.  Substitutions will be accepted through the registration closing date of April 3, 2015.
