WEFTEC 2014

Wisconsin's 2014 WEFTEC Look Book
The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC)  has created a Wisconsin Water Technology Directory for WEFTEC 2014. This document is available on the Company Directory tab above.  It is also shared with foreign attendees and delegations before their arrival, to help connect Wisconsin water-sector companies with potential international buyers.

Resources on WEFTEC Site
Companies that attend the Water Environment Federation’s Technical Exhibition and Conference (WEFTEC) can expect to come away with new knowledge of innovative water technology solutions. Companies will be sharing their successes and lessons learned from mistakes as they present in technical sessions and workshops and network on the trade show floor.

For companies that have signed on as exhibitors at WEFTEC, the three days that the trade show floor is open will be a rush to make the most of education and networking opportunities. WEFTEC is the world’s largest annual water quality exhibition, with nearly 1,000 exhibitors and more than 22,000 attendees expected. To help exhibitors get the most out of their time at WEFTEC, the organizers have put together a resource center with tips for how best to prepare, execute and follow up on the conference to ensure a successful experience.

Topics addressed to date include:

  • Best practices in trade show lead management to improve lead quality and conversion
  • How to choose the right number of staff (and the right people) to send to the convention
  • Tips for a productive experience for first-time attendees
  • How to set goals for a trade show and measure results and return on investment
