Mike Greening is the UX Research Lead at Robots and Pencils, a mobile strategy and app development company known for its top-ranking consumer apps, transformative enterprise apps and mobile-first learning platforms. Launched in 2009, the company has since created more than 250 apps used by 77 million people worldwide, and was named North America’s 34th fastest growing technology company in 2014 by Deloitte.

With a passion for developing experiences that delight users, Mike is an expert in translating science into design. He’s managed projects with more than five million active users and doesn’t shy away from convincing clients that user validation is the most important design consideration in their projects.

When not advocating for the user, Mike can be found backstage at the opera house readying to perform Puccini or Verdi.
