EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES
The commercial Exhibition will be held in the conference venue (Divani Caravel Hotel). The floor plans have been designed to maximize Exhibitors’ exposure to the delegates. All spaces will be allocated based on the reservations received. There will be two exhibition areas: Olympia Level and Ilissia Level.
Exhibition space is available as space only or to include a pre-ordered shell scheme booth. The following rates apply based on type of exhibitor and date of booking:
Exhibition Rental Cost - space only: 400€ per m2
Rental cost includes:
- Space only including 500w power electricity.
- All other services to be ordered through the Technical Manual
- Self-built booths will require written approval for design based on technical specifications and scale drawing.
- Product or company description (100 words) in the online & onsite Final Conference Programme Exhibitor Section and the online daily conference newspaper.
- Coffee break and lunch for registered exhibitors.
- Exhibitors’ badges (2 per 6 sq.m.).
- Invitation to the Welcome Reception for registered exhibitors
Exhibition Rental Cost _ Pre-designed shell scheme
Rental cost is per booth and includes:
- Shell scheme frame
- Printings on all panels of the booth
- Basic lighting, two spots per 6 sq.m.
- Electrical socket 500W
- One info desk & two stools
- Brochure stand
- Product or company description (100 words) in the online & onsite Final Conference Programme and the online daily conference newspaper
- Coffee break for registered exhibitors
- Exhibitors’ badges (2 per 6 sq.m.)
- Invitation to the Welcome Reception for registered exhibitors
ALLOCATION OF EXHIBITION SPACE
Allocation will be made for Exhibitors on a first come first served basis.
A completed Exhibition Booking Form and Contract should be faxed/e-mailed to ensure reservation.
SITE INSPECTIONS
Exhibitors are free to visit the conference venue at their convenience. Please contact the organizers at email sponsors@mind-work.gr in order to arrange it.
WALL SPACES IN THE EXHIBITION HALL
Publicize your presence at the congress or promote your company with wall advertisements at the dedicated “Wall space” areas in the Exhibition halls. Printings are included in the sponsorship cost.
START-UP SMEs PAVILION
We provide the opportunity for StartUp SMS companies to exhibit to the Startup Pavilion.
Companies will have the chance to present their ideas and exhibit their products and innovations to delegates & investors for over three days.
Two (2) full company registrations are the minimum requirement for a StartUp SMS company to participate to the Pavilion.
The conference organizer will provide panel with printing of 1m length x 2 m height with cocktail table and stools.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
All Exhibitors are required to be registered and will receive a badge displaying the exhibiting company name. Two exhibitor badges will be given per 6 square meters booked. Any additional exhibitor badge will be charged an exhibitor registration fee (125€).
Exhibitor registrations allow access to the exhibition area only and shall be used by company staff only. Exhibitor badge will not provide access to the conference halls. An exhibitor registration form will be included in the Exhibitors Technical Manual.
EXHIBITORS’ TECHNICAL MANUAL
An Exhibitors’ Technical Manual outlining all technical aspects of exhibiting will be circulated September 15, 2014. It will include the following:
- Technical details about the venue
- Final exhibition details and information
- Contractor details
- Services available to exhibitors and order forms (furniture, catering, plants, etc…)
EXHIBITOR PROFILE
Product or company description (100 words) will be published in the online & onsite Final Conference Programme and the online daily conference newspaper.
It must be submitted electronically by e-mail to: sponsors@mind-work.gr. The exhibitor listing will also include the company logo.
Cut-off date to receive the above information is September 30th, 2014.
