Dr. David A. Bray serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Federal Communications Commission. He was named as one of 13 individuals across the entire federal workforce to receive the 2012 Arthur S. Flemming Award for Leadership, and one of two career Senior Executives to receive the Roger W. Jones Award for Executive Leadership in 2013. Dr. Bray was selected to serve as a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and as a Visiting Associate for the Cybersecurity Working Group on Culture at the University of Oxford in 2014. He also has been named the number 3 “Most Social CIO” globally and one of the top 70 Most Social U.S. federal technology professionals, tweeting as @fcc_cio.

With expertise across all UC workloads including IM, Presence, Voice, Video, Mobility and Conferencing, Bill has worked the past 17 years at Cisco Systems with specific emphasis on the Top 200 largest companies in the DFW area in providing an outcome based approach to the delivery of these UC workloads and associated business use cases.


Chris Dee

Chris manages Sales and Operations for Jive Software’s business in the East and Canada regions.  As part of his Field responsibility, he provides guidance on the product direction and vision, among the other greater go-to-market activities. Prior to Jive Software, he has spent 19 years in various Sales and Sales Leadership roles with Oracle, Siebel, and SAP.  He has entrepreneurial experience in being part of a Series A start up that exited to SAP, he founded his own organization and attempted to bring his vision to the marketplace, and he continues to have a desire to influence change in the world while at Jive Software. Chris graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in Managerial Economics.



Ginny Davis

Ginny Davis has held her current position as CIO of Technicolor since 2007. Based in Burbank, she leads the IT department for the organization. Davis has been a member of the Technicolor organization since 1996 and has held a broad range of roles within the IT organization on a global basis. The Technicolor IT organization consists of all aspects of Technicolor’s global information systems function. Her team of 6 managers and more than 500 IT professionals support the applications, networks, data centers and IT services used by Technicolor employees, customers, and suppliers across 30 plus countries and 359 sites. In addition to her responsibilities in leading Technicolor’s global Information Technology organization, Davis is also an active member in the following organizations: Convergence Technology Council for the Media and Entertainment industries and the International Corporate Executive IT Board participating in reviewing standards, trends and the latest innovations in Information Technology.




Neil Graham

Neil Graham is Jive's Vice President of Sales for the Western Region and responsible for driving business in both new and existing markets.

With over 20 years experience building world-class selling organizations, Neil is an accomplished and tenured leader in the enterprise software sales market. Before joining Jive, Neil was the Regional Vice President of Sales at salesforce.com, where he led a 10 year career building a $100M line of business across 1Ž2 of the West Region. Prior to his leadership role at salesforce.com, Neil held strategic leadership roles at Siebel and Oracle.

He holds a B.S. and dual major from Syracuse University in International Relations and Economics. Neil lives in the Bay Area and has a family of 5 and 3 young children under the age of 9. He loves to spend his free time with his family and friends, doing anything outdoors that involves beach, mountains and / or exercising, and good food and fun. For nearly 15 years, Gary has been dedicated to the cause of helping people collaborate better, using the right technology in the right place to solve real business challenges. Nothing inspires him more than sharing his experience to help customers meet that goal. Gary began his CDW tenure as a Senior Voice Engineer in 2003. For the past four years, he has served as a Collaboration Solution Architect. Prior to CDW, he was a Global Network Administrator at Cognos (formerly Adaytum).




Melissa Dutcher

As a Product Sales Specialist for the Cisco Commercial Mid-Atlantic Territory Team, Melissa is based in Herndon, VA.   She is responsible for Commercial Collaboration Solutions Sales of $20M across 3 states and a district in the Mid-Atlantic Region including: Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Melissa has been with Cisco for 4+ years in collaboration-centric roles and is incredibly passionate about helping her customers and partners realize their organizational goals through Collaborative technology. She is also the co-lead for Cisco's Connected Women-Capital Region Employee Resource Group, a position held for the last three years and something she is equally passionate about.

Melissa is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and resides in Bethesda, Maryland. As Chief Information Officer of Tory Burch, Mike Giresi leads all information technology initiatives for one of the fastest growing fashion brands in the world. A core focus of his responsibility is to oversee the identification and implementation of new infrastructure and enterprise systems that will support continued long-term global growth and enable collaboration. His philosophy is that a key element to success is the process of change and managing the changes not only from a logistical standpoint, but more importantly from an organizational and cultural standpoint.

Mike’s track record for leadership spans IT roles as well as general business management and even marketing and sales. He joined Tory Burch from Direct Brands, Inc. where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. In that role, he led global IT, ecommerce and new product development in addition to core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) responsibilities. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Godiva Chocolatier.
Volunteer leadership in the business community is important to Mike. He is an Advisory Board member of the World Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Forum, a member of the Cash CIO forum, the Society for Information Management (SIM) Regional Leadership Forum (RLF) and a Programs Committee member for the New York chapter of SIM. He is a charter member of the Infrastructure Executive Council, and a Columbia University IT MBA Mentor.

He has published whitepapers regarding IT Infrastructure and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and has been called on to share his insight at various conferences and forums, including:

Ken Snyder is emerging technology solutions lead for CDW.  In this capacity, Ken leads solution development focused on new Unified Communication (UC) & Collaboration products and solutions enhancing CDW’s ability to sell, design, implement and support enterprise UC & Collaboration solutions. Prior to his current role, Ken held the position of a senior network voice engineer where he designed and implemented numerous enterprise and global UC projects.  Ken serves as the Converged Infrastructure Virtual Team lead for CDW, which plays a critical role in CDW’s cross practice go to market UC & Collaboration, Mobility, Security, and Networking positioning strategy.  He is also credited with creating and driving best practices for CDW’s UC sales and delivery teams. Ken studied Electrical / Computer Engineering at Lawrence Technological University and has achieved over 100 certifications from vendors such as Cisco, Microsoft, IBM, HP, and Apple.

Sean is a Principal Strategy Consultant focused primarily on the implementation of social platforms in regulated industries.
 
Previously, Sean headed up the intranet and social space at Capital One with a focus on open and social knowledge systems. He came into the intranet world as a user experience designer who helped Capital One win a 10 Best Intranet award in 2006 and has slowly moved from obsessing over pixels to obsessing over social and the change management it requires.
 
In 2012, Sean led the launch of an Jive-based enterprise social intranet at Capital One for over 50,000 users that replaced four other enterprise applications and led to a better user experience with significantly increased and centralized capabilities.
 
Sean lives in Richmond, VA and is an avid member of the Social Business Council and the Community Backchannel. He wishes more people wore ties to work and spends many evenings having pucks shot at his head at a local ice rink.
