Artists' Faire

You are invited to join us as a vendor at the CREATE Artists' Faire. CREATE Artists' Faire features unique supplies and one-of-a-kind artwork from local and national artists and suppliers. Open to the public and CREATE students alike, the CREATE Artists' Faire draws a large crowd of excited shoppers with offerings spanning all skill levels and mixed-media genres. We're thrilled to again be hosting this vibrant expo.

2014 CREATE Seattle Artists' Faire

Friday, October 24 • 6:00pm - 9:00pm • DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport

Sell your artwork or unique supplies by purchasing an Artists' Faire table via this website! Click on the "Register Now" button and select the "Vendor Registration" option. From there, you can sign up as a Vendor only, or you can sign up as a Vendor and participate in CREATE workshops.

Each vendor will be listed on the CREATE website (60) days prior to the event unless registration is received after that time.

PRICING

Vendor Table: $200 (includes [1] 6’x30” draped table and [2] chairs)
Instructor Vendor Table (for CREATE Instructors): $100 (includes [1] 6’x30” draped table and [2] chairs)
Additional Vendor Table: $75
Additional Instructor Vendor Table (for CREATE Instructors): $50

The hotel can provide wireless internet access, and electricity (includes power strip and extension cord) for vendors. These cost for these are in addition to the table fee and will be due directly to the hotel.  We will provide specific information about internet access and electricity closer to the event date.

SHIPPING & RECEIVING PROCEDURES

If you would like to ship items to the hotel, you may ship them at your expense to arrive on or after October 21. The hotel will charge an incoming and outgoing handling fee of $2.00 per package. If your package arrives before October 21, you will be charged a $2.00 storage fee, per package/per day.

For return shipping:
It is the Vendor’s responsibility to schedule a pickup with their preferred carrier. Please box, tape, label and pre-pay for your shipment with your carrier. Leave boxes in your booth and hotel staff will collect and deliver to hotel’s loading dock for Monday morning pick-up.  The hotel cannot be responsible for any boxes that are not picked up within one week after the end of the event. **Please understand that CREATE will not be responsible for your shipments **

Unloading Onsite:
Vendor set-up for the Faire is from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM on October 24; tear-down is from 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Artists’ Faire will take place in the Grand Ballroom 1-2. We will provide you with additional information regarding load-in, shipping and receiving, electricity needs, and internet needs closer to the event.

IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION

All Artists' Faire vendors who will be selling goods at the Faire are responsible for pre-registering with the State of Washington. Additionally, all Artists' Faire vendors selling goods at the Faire are responsible for collecting and remitting the appropriate sales tax directly to the state of Washington in accordance with Washington law. The Current Sales Tax rate in Seattle, WA, is 9.5%
