Please download a copy of the Release form, print it, sign it and scan it before you start the registration process.  You can also register first and upload the signed and scanned release forms later.  Once the scanned form is received, we will send you an email.   If you are unable to upload the completed release form, please print, sign it and bring it the day of the event.
