TIA's Compensation Report provides invaluable information about logistics firms’ salaries and compensation, their organization, and job descriptions. 72 companies chose to participate in the survey, providing data on 33 different job positions.  "The TIA Compensation Survey  is an essential tool for any 3PL owner that wants to retain employees and agents in the highly competitive 3PL employment environment," said Robert Voltmann, President and CEO of TIA.

The 2013 paper version of the Measure Up survey is available for $150 per TIA Member organizations and $250 for non-members.The 2012 paper version is still available and has been reduced to $75 for TIA Member organizations and $125 for non-members. 

As the paper survey is only updated once annually, it is highly recommended that organizations obtain a subscription to the online version of the survey. As data is updated constantly in the online tool, an annual subscription provides access to the latest in market pay trends.
