Location: Delegates will enjoy the Darling Harbour location for this pre-conference which is an excellent opportunity for International and National delegates alike to experience. Accommodation options are now available to book through our registration system

Venue: Conference sessions, poster presentations, the market space, and conference day catering will be held in the one venue.
Dockside & L'Aqua; The Balcony Level and Roof Top Level, Cockle Bay Wharf, Darling Harbour precinct.

Registration: A nominal fee is being charged to attend this pre-conference at AUD$100.  The registration system will be opened 24 February with a deadline of 13 June 2014. 


Scholarships: There will be limited scholarships primarily for Australian residents to cover registration, flights within Australia and 3 nights accommodation only for successful applicants.  The deadline for application is 14 March - the online application system is now op
open. 

Accommodation: Options are available to be booked through our online system when registering.  Prices vary from AUD$189 to $230. Options to twin share rooms or book two-bedroom apartments are available. 


Social Events: The program will include:
Thursday evening: Opening, Welcome to country and country responses
Friday evening: Tribal Warrior Cruise (Confirmed)
Saturday: A cultural exchange night, named our Gadigal Corroboree will now be held Saturday evening (further details will be advised as planned). Conference program to end at 4.30pm Saturday.


Visa Requirements:
Delegates are responsible for their own visa requirements. You will need to inform yourself of the visa requirements for you to enter Australia. Information on visas can be found hereAIDS2014 are holding a webinar about immigration and travel to Australia on 27 March.
