Please use this link if you are one of the 56 Coaches selected to lead each of the state teams. Your remarkable leadership earned you this spot on the national team, and we will call upon you to lead your team throughout the weekend. Each state can have only one official coach. There are no exceptions to this rule!

Please use this link to register as a Guest or Guest Volunteer. This group consists of those family members, friends, assistant coaches, or other enthusiastic MATHCOUNTS supporters who would like to attend any portion of the National Competition. Guests interested in volunteering to assist during the competition will be given the opportunity to do so on the online registration form. Please note that the $35 registration fee for volunteers approved to assist at the National Competition is waived.

Please use this link if you are an officially recognized MATHCOUNTS Chapter or State Coordinator who volunteer to put on the Chapter and State Competitions throughout the country. Thanks to you, these 280 students and coaches now have the opportunity to take part in this year’s National Competition. If you would like to request a volunteer role during the National Competition, you will have the option to do so while completing your registration.

Badges will not be distributed prior to the competition. All badges, purchased meal tickets, and optional items, will be available at the MATHCOUNTS registration desk at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort.
Early Bird Registration Deadline and Close of Pre-Registration
The Early Bird Guest registration fee of $35 expires at 11:59pm EDT on May 5, 2014. At that point, Guests may register at the regular fee of $55.

Please note online pre-registration closes at 11:59pm EDT on May 5, 2014. After that time, any new registrations, as well as changes to existing registrations, will need to be completed on-site at the MATHCOUNTS registration desk beginning at 10:00am on May 8, 2014.
Accommodation Information
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is the headquarters for the MATHCOUNTS National Competition. Its address is 1500 Epcot Resorts Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. Telephone: 407-934-4000. All MATHCOUNTS events will be held in the Swan, unless otherwise noted.
Attendees are responsible for their hotel booking. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Swan for MATHCOUNTS attendees at a special rate of $169 per night plus 12.5% room tax. (The standard rate for that weekend is $250 per night) You can make your reservation directly with the hotel by calling the reservation line at 800-227-1500 or by clicking here to use the Swan and Dolphin's Online Group Reservation System. To ensure room availability, please make your reservation early! The MATHCOUNTS block of rooms is available until block is filled or April 18, 2014.

Disney Ticket Purchase
Please note: National competitors and coaches will receive complimentary Disney Meal Coupons and 2-Day tickets to Disney theme parks for Friday night and all day Saturday. Students and coaches wishing to visit Disney theme parks before or after the competition may purchase additional tickets and/or meal coupons here. Please note, because MATHCOUNTS is considered a Youth Group, guests have the opportunity to purchase tickets and meal coupons at special Youth Group rates. To place your order, please click the box to accept the terms and conditions of the Disney Youth Group Disclaimer and continue with your ticket purchase. Because MATHCOUNTS is considered a youth group, all guests (adults and youths) have the option of purchasing the Disney Meal Coupon at a discounted Youth Group cost of $17.50. Guests may purchase the Disney Meal Coupon at the link above. The Disney Meal Coupon includes one (1) entree, one (1) side dish, one (1) dessert and one (1) single-serving non-alcoholic beverage.
