Designing with a deeper purpose can be a great way to feel fulfilled in your work. Join us for a presentation featuring architect Dave Harrison with Design Alliance, Inc. and learn how the LEED certified building process influences the design of buildings, and what we can take from it as designers.

Sustain, an AIGA Iowa Green Salon, is an introduction to ways that creative minds can implement sustainable practices. Design with the future in mind!

(RSVPs required by 10:30am on Tuesday, October 8th. We will accept walk-ins however, an additional $5 registration fee will be added to the admission price and does not guarantee lunch.)

Speaker bio
Dave Harrison, AIA, LEED® AP, Principal at Design Alliance, Inc., has over 32 years as an architect and has been LEED accredited since 2008. He has worked on numerous local projects including the City of Johnston Public Safety Building; Aspen Athletics; State of Iowa, Department of Public Safety, Des Moines, and numerous elementary, middle and high schools in Des Moines, Adel and Marshalltown, as well as, Iowa State University.
