Set-Up Information:

Should you wish to courier stands and materials in advance of the event to the venue, please use
the delivery and collection labels available to download below.

Important: Deliveries for this event will only be accepted from Friday, 18 October 2013 between the opening hours of 6am - 4pm Monday - Friday and 6am - 1pm on Saturday. All stands and materials must be collected on the same date the event finishes upon departure. Please arrange all courier collections for Tuesday, 22 October 2013.

Please note: It is advisable to attach one of these labels to each item and specify item 1 of 3, 2 of 3 etc.

Access to the venue/set-up in the Refreshments Area will only be available from 7.00am on the morning of the conference. Please note: There will be no access the night prior to the Conference.

All stands must be erected by no later than 8.15am on the morning of the conference prior to the start of the Registration period which commences at 8.30am.

Arriving by car

If arriving by car with materials a loading access bay is available next to the Balmoral Suite which can be accessed from the route to the car park. A map of the venue which highlights the loading access bay is available to download below.
