Tables
Tables are for 10, 11 or 12 guests. Bookings of fewer than 10 tickets will be accommodated together on shared tables.
Tables are allocated on a strictly first-come first-served basis. We will notify bookers of their table number one week before the event, when we post out their tickets.

Tickets
Tickets will be posted to the ticket booker one week before the event, along with the menu and table number. It will be the ticket booker's responsibility to distribute these to their guests.
Awards Guest Names / Dietary Requirements
Bookers should input their guest details and dietary requirements by using their username and password to log onto the event website. Please input guest details online by 25th September. We regret that we cannot guarantee being able to cater for special dietary requirements after this date.
Who will attend
Over 350 guests from mainly UK and European law firms will attend.

Dress Code
The dress code for 2013 is black tie / cocktail dress.
