Following the inaugural ‘New Business Models’ roundtable dinner in 2012, FT Live is delighted to present a second evening event for leading cross-industry CIOs.
Faced with a tough economic climate, board-level executives are under increasing pressure to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of their operations. Having an IT infrastructure which enables them to execute their strategic decisions is a top priority, but so too is the need to control costs.
This private roundtable, hosted by FT Live and T-Systems, is the second event in an exciting series which allows Chief Information Officers to discuss their core operational requirements, and how they envisage balancing varying demands from the different business lines. The discussion will be chaired by Ade McCormack, Opinion Columnist for the Financial Times, and will analyse the major decisions which CIOs are currently taking, including the adoption of services such as cloud computing.
