Program

You are invited to learn more about survivorship techniques and life after your diagnosis. The program will include topics relating to useful information that patients and caregivers can use to advocate for their wellbeing after treatment and throughout their survivorship journey. Our presenter, Evelyn Hunter, will review topics such as physical and psychological effects, standards for survivorship care, preventative health, nutrition, and survivorship care planning. Attendees will also learn about programs and services offered by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. We encourage you to invite your caregiver and family members.
