Golf on Thursday |
Golf tee times have been reserved at River Strand Golf and Country Club, a 35 minute drive south of the Don Cesar – across the incredible Sunshine Skyway Bridge to Bradenton, FL. – with Tampa Bay on the left and the Gulf of Mexico on the right. River Strand Golf and Country Club’s 27 holes of golf magnificence were designed by Arthur Hills, one of the top designers in the world, not just the world of golf.
Every time the Arthur Hills/Steve Forrest and Associates team designs a course, they endeavor to challenge the best players, yet offer enjoyable, playable conditions for golfers of all skill levels. Their history of designing one-of-a-kind golfing experiences shines at River Strand, as they have paid homage to our “river roots” and gently placed 27 holes of golf in a truly unique setting. The second and third nine’s are set on the Manatee River, with many holes literally on the river.
The green fees per golfer are $88.19; club rentals are $51.12. The golf charges will be sent to the hotel and applied to your hotel room charges. They cannot take payment at the course. Lunches wil be provided following the meeting that you may take with you for the ride to the course. We will also have those with cars available to sign up to drive to the course and will arrange your carpools at the conclusion of the meeting on Thursday.
