Kyle Brooks PMP

Mr. Brooks is an Assistant Vice President at The MIL Corporation with over 15 years of experience working with federal financial management systems. He specializes in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and IT driven Project Management.

Mr. Brooks received a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Georgia before starting his career as a technical analyst for CGI Federal. He is currently working with the U.S. Department of State to establish a Robotics Operations Center (ROC) within the Bureau of the Comptroller and Global Financial Services (CGFS) and has led nineteen on-site software implementations at embassies operating within Africa, Europe, Middle East, South America, and Asia.

In addition, Mr. Brooks has worked as a web designer, IT consultant, and was the owner and operator of a 3D printing company that specialized in the design and printing of custom 3D artwork for Charleston, SC based weddings and events.

 
Andrew Galazka

Andrew Galazka is a Manager in Protiviti’s Fort Lauderdale-Miami office. In this role, his responsibilities include Robotic Process Automation development, strategy, and auditing as well as IT Audit, Sarbanes Oxley, and Information Security services. Prior to joining Protiviti, Mr. Galazka was a Credit Analyst at Centennial Bank specializing in commercial lending. He earned B.S. in both Finance & Management and completed post baccalaureate coursework in Computer Science at Florida State University. Mr. Galazka has earned his GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) certification and UiPath RPA Developer Advanced Certification. He conducts hands on RPA development training sessions, RPA development, assessment and audit services for both Protiviti and multiple Fortune 500 companies.
 
Paul M Marshall CPA, CGFM, CIA, CICA, PMP

Mr. Marshall, Vice President at the MIL Corporation, has over 20 years of experience in the federal financial community with demonstrated expertise in technical, business, and leadership development. Mr. Marshall serves as one of MIL’s robotic process automation (RPA) practice leads.

Mr. Marshall’s experience with the MIL Corporation, as well as with other government consulting firms such as AOC Solutions, Deloitte, and Booz Allen Hamilton, includes expertise in leading teams in business transformation, accounting practices, financial reporting, enterprise risk management, as well as business and financial systems.

Mr. Marshall began his career as an Auditor for the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Inspector General. Over the span of his consulting career, he has supported Federal government clients including the Department of State, Department of the Treasury, Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.

Additionally, Mr. Marshall is the host of two successful government-centric podcasts, AGA’s “Accountability Talks” and the Association for Federal Enterprise Risk Management’s (AFERM) “Risk Chats.” He holds several technical certifications (CPA, CGFM, CIA, CICA and PMP) and graduated with an MBA in International Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University and a B.S. in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

 
Nick Spinks
Managing Director

Nick Spinks, is a Managing Director with Protiviti and leads Protiviti’s South Florida Technology Risk practice. He has 18 years of experience in RPA, Privacy, Information Security Audits, Incident Response, Vendor Management, IT Audit, project management, IT risk assessments, IT PMO implementation, and process transformation. Prior to working with Protiviti, Nick was part of the Management Consulting practice at Accenture. Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and MIS from Florida State University and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), CSX-P Cyber Practitioner, and IT Foundation certified. Nick is a frequent speaker at ISACA and the IIA.
 
Jonathan Wolfe
Senior Director Audit Services

Jonathan Wolfe serves as the Senior Director of the Audit Services Department for AutoNation. In this role, his responsibilities include managing the company's fraud risk program, providing consultation on risk and controls for the organization's transformation and brand extensions as well as supporting the finance organization in managing the operational risks across the company. Under his leadership, the Audit Services department has enhanced its impact through improved systems and processes to increase the effectiveness of the audit function to help identify risks as well as value opportunities to the company's operations.

Mr. Wolfe has over 20 years of risk and operations experience within a variety of industries. Prior to joining AutoNation, Mr. Wolfe was the head of global audit for Rosetta Stone, a leading software developer for languages and prior to Rosetta Stone was the Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for a regional bank in South Florida. Mr. Wolfe began his career at KPMG in Philadelphia and subsequently joined Ernst & Young where he was a Manager in their Financial Services practice.

Mr. Wolfe holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Drexel University and is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of Pennsylvania. He serves on the Industry Advisory Board for Nova Southeastern University for the College of Engineering and Computing as well as the Nova Southeastern University Ambassador Board as the Chairman for the Liaison Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. In addition, he is a past President of the Institute of Internal Auditors for the Miami Chapter and currently sits on the Board of Governors. He also serves on the United Way of Broward Volunteer Engagement Committee. Mr. Wolfe is an active leader in the community in which he resides and proudly serves on the Board for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance and its Leadership Council.
