How much does the Summit cost?

The Summit registration fee is $195.

How do I pay for my Summit registration?

Payments may be made by credit card, purchase order, or check. Payment by credit card is due at the time you register online. Payment by purchase order or check is due by the opening of the Summit at 8:00AM EDT on January 8, 2020.

How do I generate an invoice?

Your confirmation email will have a link to your registration record, which you may use as an invoice.

Are there any networking opportunities at the Summit? 
 
Yes. There will be a pre-Summit reception, open to all summit attendees, on January 7th from 5:30pm-7:00pm. It will be held in Grand Ballroom South at the Renaissance Downtown Hotel, and light hors d'oeuvres will be served.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to expand your network and connect with fellow attendees. No RSVP is required; please stop by at your leisure.

Are hotel rooms secured automatically or do I need to make a reservation?

Hotel rooms are not secured automatically. Payment by credit card is required at the time you make the hotel reservation. You can make reservations either by using the link below, or if you prefer, by calling Marriott Reservations directly at 1-888-236-2427.

 
Do I receive a hotel discount?
 
Guests can take advantage of our deeply discounted room rate of $132/plus tax through the extended deadline of December 26th, 2019. After this date, no discounted room rate will be available.
 
What does my registration include?

Registration includes Continental Breakfast and a Plated Lunch, plus one full day at the Summit.
