VENDOR PRESENTATION:
 
Add a 20-minute vendor taught workshop or product demonstration. The Vendor Presentation can be a product/service promotion or educational session – the content is your choice.  Sessions are scheduled during lunch break and dedicated Exhibit Hall times and will be promoted to attendees on the conference website and mobile app.
Limited bookings available.
 
DELEGATE MAILING LIST:
 
A delegate list with email contact information will be provided post conference (data comprised of those delegates who have opted to provide details) 
 
ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR REPRESENTATIVE BADGES:
 
Exhibit Booth spaces include 2 exhibitor representative badges.  If you anticipate having additional representatives on site, you may purchase up to two (2) additional exhibitor representative badges.
 
ELECTRICAL POWER FOR BOOTH:
 
A Duplex power outlet will be ordered for your booth at the time of booking.  Otherwise you may opt to purchase through the Exhibitor Kit supplied by the materials provider.

PAYMENTS
Payments for exhibit hall spaces are due upon booking. Credit Card Payments only.

 
CANCELLATION POLICY

Contract payments are refunded upon receipt of written notice of cancellation, according to the following terms:
    On or before February 1, 2020 contract payment refunded minus a processing fee of $250 CDN
    After February 1, 2020 contract payment refunded minus a processing fee of $500 CDN
    After March 15, 2020 no refunds will be issued
