An essential guide to understanding the content of the EIF. How inspectors will form their judgments on the quality of education and how colleges and training providers can gather and present evidence to demonstrate how their work meets or exceeds the expectations of the inspection framework.

Overview

A workshop to provide a clear insight into how inspectors will implement and form judgments with regard to the EIF and how colleges and training providers can gather and present evidence to meet and exceed Ofsted expectations.

Aims, objectives and expected outcomes for the audience
 
This workshop will:
  • Give a clear insight into the content and implementation of the EIF
  • Develop an awareness of how inspectors will form judgments about the curriculum and the quality of training in relation to the EIF
  • Provide an insight into how training providers can gather, evaluate and present evidence to meet/exceed Ofsted expectations
  • Develop and support training providers to be more effective in their inspection planning arrangements
Woodspeen Training will also be in attendance to share their experiences of inspection under the new framework.

Target Audience

This workshop is designed to help colleges and training providers understand the expectations of the EIF and provide insight on how to gather and present evidence to meet and exceed Ofsted expectations.

The content is ideal for quality directors/managers/curriculum leads or for others who review and/or evaluate quality of their organisation’s training provision and in preparation of inspection.
