Why Exhibit? The CECU Annual Convention is the largest event in the postsecondary career education sector. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with leaders in the sector. We have planned several food and beverage functions that will take place in the exhibit hall to maximize foot traffic and opportunities to actively engage with attendees.

Insurance: CECU requires every exhibitor to include CECU as “additionally insured” on their policy. In addition every exhibiting company must carry the following coverage and provide a certificate of insurance on or before April 15, 2020: General Aggregate $2,000,000 Each Occurrence $1,000,000. Exhibitor Registration Dates

  • December 2nd - Allied Plus Registration Begins
  • December 9th - Allied Registration Begins
  • December 16th - All registration Open
  • February 3rd - Early Registration Rates End
  • March 27th - Regular Registration Rates Ends

Cancellations and Refunds: In the event of cancellation of the Convention due to fire, strikes, government regulation or other causes beyond CECU control, CECU shall not be liable for failure to hold the Convention as scheduled, and CECU shall determine the amount of exhibit fees to be refunded. In the event of cancellation by Exhibitor, 50% will be retained by CECU if notice of cancellation is received in writing before April 1, 2020, and no refund will be made for cancellation after April 1, 2020.

Payments: All booth payments are due to CECU no later than 60 days after booth registration unless a new timeline has been agreed upon by parties. Checks can be mailed to 1530 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 1050, Arlington, VA 22209. Please call 571-800-6521 for credit card payments.

Special Notice: Due to numerous complaints regarding inappropriate costumes or displays, CECU is committed to taking the appropriate action to enforce the standards that currently exist.
