GUESTS: Please do not bring any guests to breakfast, lunch nor into the meeting rooms. Food is only for those who paid the registration fees.

STUDENTS:  If you are a student currently registered in a NP, PA, CNM or RN program, the registration fees are listed below.   Student ID will be requested when signing-in at the symposium and no continuing education certificate will be issued.

REFUND POLICY:  Refunds granted until October 20, 2019, no refunds after that date. 
If you paid by credit card, registration fees will be refunded back to the credit card used to register, minus a $25 processing fee. E-mail Wendy.L.Friedman@kp.org  with your cancellation request.
If symposium is canceled, the above refund policy will be enforced.
