The content is designed to support staff who are delivering Functional Skills English confidently, in order to further develop their skills and support capacity building for English delivery within their organisation.Content will look at:
Tutors/Trainers/Teachers/Practitioners delivering Functional Skills who feel confident with their own Functional Skills English to Level 2 and supporting learners with their development towards successful completion of Functional Skills English end assessment. I have taken a lot away from the day that will be implemented into my workplace." (David Roach, Somerset Skills and Learning) "Found the whole day very worthwhile and gained several ideas of how to support and motivate colleagues." (Gary Hudson, College of West Anglia) |
