Overview

This one-day workshop will review and reflect upon the Apprenticeship Reforms, their intended purpose and the impact they have had on training providers, employers and learners since their implementation in 2017.

In particular, we focus on operational aspects and how apprenticeship training delivery has had to change, along with the key roles and responsibilities of trainers and support staff within the apprenticeship sector.

We use this 1-day workshop to:
  1. Review and reflect upon the key changes to apprenticeships
  2. Help to build a ‘can-do’ mindset for delivering motivational apprenticeship training programmes
  3. Understand what employers want and how an open, positive mindset can help you achieve results
