Resort Fee
The $28 resort fee includes unlimited domestic long distance and local calls, complimentary bottled water replenished daily, high speed internet access, fitness center, $25 off spa services of $100 or more at the Mandara Spa, a complimentary S’more kit given to guest each day of their stay to be used at the Campfire & S’more each evening, and complimentary 30-minute Swan Paddle Board ride.

Air Travel
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is located approximately 21 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Transportation from the Airport
Mears Transportation provides shuttle service from the Orlando International Airport to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. They have seven desks located on the lower level of the airport. Shuttles run continuously and reservations are not necessary. Approximate rates are $23.00/person 1 way or $38.00/person round trip. Rates subject to change.

Complimentary Resort Transportation
Take a leisurely cruise on Disney's Friendship Boats to Epcot® or Disney's Hollywood Studios™. Disney shuttle buses service all other Disney Theme parks and attractions within the Walt Disney World® Resort.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question:  Why should I attend?
Answer:  During the convention you will learn from great speakers and network with suppliers and members.  Many suppliers also have displays of new products/services.

Question:  Is there a cost to attend?
Answer:  There is no registration cost to attend the convention.  Members, invited suppliers and guests are asked to cover their own travel/hotel costs and any activities or excursions chosen (i.e. golf tournament).

Question:  What do I wear at the convention?
Answer:  Throughout the day, as well as the receptions, casual resort attire would be appropriate.  For the awards dinner, more formal attire (jacket & tie or dress) would be appropriate.  You may want to bring a light jacket for evening activities.
