ICOMEX, Incentives, Congress, Conventions and Exhibitions Trade Show, provides the platform for tourism, meetings & corporate travel suppliers to meet with key buyers from the MICE sector. This year, ICOMEX will partner with the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) to provide a hands-on, 3-hour corporate travel management workshop for ICOMEX attendees.

10:15-11:15	Part 1: The Business Case for Travel Management & Establishing a Travel Policy This interactive workshop experience will demonstrate the importance of travel management as a business objective, explain how travel managers can create successful travel programs, and illustrate best practices for establishing travel policies. 11:15-12:15	Part 2: Best Practices for Buyer-Supplier Relationships & Structuring Effective Service Level Agreements (SLAs) What are the leading practices for effective supplier relationships? What are the advantages of service level agreements (SLAs) with preferred suppliers, and how should they be structured? What can buyers and suppliers do to improve the account review process? This interactive discussion will answer these questions and more.
