INVITATION TO EXHIBIT
We invite you to exhibit at the 2019 Leadership and Physician Advisor Conference (LPAC) in Miami Beach, Florida.
Health delivery system case management and transitions of care experts will discuss community partnerships, provide tools, and present examples of successful models. Sessions offer advanced and intermediate level content for Social Work, Nursing, Case Management and Transitions of Care leaders, Physician Advisors, Medical Directors, Chief Medical Officers, and Health Care Administrators.
In addition to providing continuing education, the conference also hosts an exhibition that provides conference participants the opportunity to network with representatives from external agencies and facilities that provide resources, services and products critical to their patient care delivery systems.

Be aware that these companies are often running scams that are designed to obtain your personal details and credit card information. We recommend that you do not give these companies your credit card number, personal information, and/or any details about your hotel reservations and/or exhibit booth.
