SPOUSES/PARTNERS PROGRAMME
We are currently working on a programme for spouses of attendees during the dates of the full conference.
Below is a tentative schedule of events for the day:

Pick up at the hotel and transfer to Via Ludovisi by bus. Here with your guide you will start the walking tour. We will reach the Spanish Steps terrace and stop to admire the
view of the city as well as taking a few pictures. Next stops will be Piazza di Spagna and Trevi Fountain
where we will throw a coin for luck! Free time for shopping in Via del Corso – main street for shopping Crossing Galleria Colonna and passing by emperor Marcus Aurelius Column and
Italian Parliament we will get to the Pantheon- temple of all gods built in II century A.D. Lunch in a typical Roman Trattoria and at the end visit of Piazza Navona
with its baroque fountains and palaces. After a brief stop we will address towards the very lively Campo de’ Fiori,
once the market place and also site of execution. Also we will see Piazza Farnese dominated by the palace
built by Michelangelo and other architects for Pope Paul III. Free time for individual visit and shopping |
