Ancillary Meetings

Guidelines for Ancillary Meetings:

TCT | Transplantation & Cellular Therapy Meetings of ASTCT and CIBMTR (TCT Meetings) offers an ideal opportunity for supporting organizations to hold an ancillary meeting during the annual conference. Applications must be made by completing the TCT Meetings Ancillary Meeting Request Form online no later than two weeks prior to the official start date of the TCT Meetings. Early requests are appreciated and are more likely to receive preferred space and time. A $150 non-refundable application fee for any meeting taking place at the World Center Marriott must accompany each request. After February 1, 2020 the non-refundable application fee is $250.

Complete the Meeting Request Form after reviewing the guidelines below. Ancillary meeting space will not be assigned prior to December 1, 2019. Applications will be accepted and approved in order of receipt. The request may be referred to the TCT Meetings Organizing Committee if additional review is required. Decisions of the Organizing Committee are final. Questions can be directed to TCTMeetings@mcw.edu.

All promotional materials for ancillary meetings must include the following statement: “This meeting is NOT an official program of the TCT Meetings of ASTCT & CIBMTR”.
