Program
This program will focus on strategies to help improve quality of life for cancer survivors and their caregivers. We will discuss common struggles in cancer survivorship, ways to manage the effects of treatment and the fear of recurrence, as well as ways to implement positive health changes. Also, by highlighting some of the new blood cancer therapies, we will look at shifts in the cancer treatment landscape and the more targeted therapies being designed to not only help patients survive, but thrive after cancer. Local programs and resources in Honolulu for cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers will also be shared.
This program is available for individuals affected by ALL CANCERS. We encourage you to invite your caregiver and family members.
Complimentary breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Free parking provided. Details will be available with registration.
