In order to completely reserve your exhibit booth, PA GOSH must receive payment within 30 days of receiving your registration form. After 30 days, GOSH holds the right to release the reserved exhibit space.
Outdoor Exhibit Space
The 14' x 40' outdoor exhibit spaces are for vendors who have purchased an indoor exhibit booth but also wish to display a large piece of equipment outside. The outdoor booths will be located in the parking lot right outside of the Convention Entrance. Outdoor exhibit spaces do not include tables, chairs, etc. they are simply reserved spaces. Spaces will be marked off and numbered. We will include information to direct attendees to visit outside booths as well. Please note, these spots are not covered, are rain or shine and are non-refundable.
Equipment must fit in space provided - Outdoor exhibitors should bring no more equipment than what will fit in their space(s). If you need more than one space to accommodate your equipment, you must purchase more than one space. Please be sure to observe boundaries of your space and do not encroach on another exhibitor's space.
