Montana Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) -- helping businesses understand how to tap into the profitable market of selling goods to federal, state and local governments. The counselors at PTAC help clients to learn the ins-and-outs of government contracting while learning to avoid potential pitfalls that plague many government contract holders.
