NAGAP 2020 Annual Conference - Exhibit Booth Registration
 
Sponsor items or events are only granted to conference exhibitors. Assignment priority is based on sponsorship level and the date requested. NAGAP will attempt to meet your first choice; however, we cannot guarantee it will be available. Diamond ($30,000)
  1. Wednesday Night Welcome Reception Host*
    The conference will launch with the Wednesday Night Welcome Reception. This kick-off event provides attendees an invaluable opportunity to reconnect with old friends, make new introductions, and have engaging conversations all within the setting of the Exhibit Hall! The event provides hors d’oeuvres and beverages for NAGAP attendees and exhibitors while they mingle and view the latest innovations in the field.

  2. Thursday Evening Networking Party Host*
    When not in sessions, NAGAP conference attendees like to have fun and no activity demonstrates this better than the Thursday Evening Networking event. At the 2020 GEM Summit our party will be at Universal City Walk for the NAGAP Block Party! The sponsor of this year’s party will certainly be remembered for bringing the music and good times to the attendees. This year’s event will feature two complimentary beverages, food buffets, and three unique entertainment venues.

  4. Attendee Welcome Gift
    Attendees will think of you when they open their welcome gift! We suggest a locally made item such as candle, chocolates, or some other goodie. NAGAP will assist you with suggestions.

  5. Program Keepsake Notebook
    NAGAP has replaced its traditional Final Program Book with a Journal style notebook filled with many pages to take notes,  and includes the exhibitor listing. The cover will be branded with the sponsor logo and NAGAP logo.

  6. Wi-Fi for Exhibit Hall**
    Like many people these days, most NAGAP conference attendees do not want to lose Internet access simply because they are attending the conference. Sponsor WI-FI service in the Exhibit Hall, and help our attendees stay connected to all those online activities to which we have become accustomed.

    Through the annual conference, NAGAP encourages professional excellence, facilitates networking, provides both practical and problem-solving sessions, and helps define the future direction of graduate enrollment management. NAGAP’s Conference and Education Committees seek leaders of the higher education community to serve in this role each year as a kick-off to the conference.

  9. Business Meeting Lunch Host*
    At the Business Meeting Lunch, attendees hear from NAGAP leaders regarding the state of the association and the ongoing activities of the Governing Board and various committees. The event provides lunch to attendees and includes the sponsor’s recognition in the presentation.

  11. Saturday Brunch Host* - SOLD
    NAGAP wraps up the Annual Conference with a brunch buffet and featured speaker. In addition to featuring a slide-show recapping the events of the conference, attendees are drawn to the brunch to compete for the exciting door prizes.

  12. Photo booth**
    Attendees will flock to have their pictures taken to remember this event! This is a unique opportunity to leave attendees with a lasting impression of your company, their photos with your logo.

  13. Conference Tote Bags - SOLD
    Conference tote bags have become an essential apparel item for each of the 900+ attendees. From the time they pick up their registration packets until they depart for the airport, attendees are rarely seen at the conference without their tote bags in tow, each emblazoned with both the sponsor’s and NAGAP’s logos. (NAGAP produces the tote bag; Sponsor logo needed)

  14. NAGAP Chill Lounge** ~~NEW THIS YEAR~~

Treat conference attendees to a relaxing chair massage in the NAGAP Chill Lounge.  The Chill Lounge will be open Wednesday through Friday, located in the exhibit hall foyer.  To encourage attendees visit your booth have them stop by for their massage coupon and engage with them before sending them to chill!

  1. Registration Sponsor
    As the registration sponsor your logo will be featured prominently on all registration signage, branded tables in the new networking area, branded bottled water to be handed out at registration, a branded promotional item, co-branded on the Orlando visitors map. What a great way to greet the NAGAP attendees as they arrive at the conference.


  2. Bronze Level ($8,000)

  3. Conference App
    NAGAP has gone mobile! Attendees have the opportunity to download a conference app to their smartphones. The app is free to attendees and includes the conference schedule, maps, exhibitors, Twitter feeds, and more. As the sponsor of the app, you will have a graphic banner at the bottom of the screen as well as your logo on all promotional materials and sponsor signage.

  4. Name badge holder/Lanyard - SOLD
    Gain maximum exposure during the Annual Conference with these high-quality lanyards as every attendee will be wearing them with their name badge. The sponsor’s logo will be on one side and NAGAP’s logo on the other. (NAGAP produces the lanyards; sponsor logo needed.)

  5. Twitter Board
    Tweet along with us! NAGAP will have Twitter Boards stationed in the Exhibit Hall, at Registration and in the General Session room so attendees can follow live tweets from the conference. Attendees post about exciting sessions or events, great quotes, and NAGAP trivia, which pops up on the screens! This sponsor has its logo prominently displayed on the Twitter Feed screens and will have their own screen at their booth in the Exhibit Hall.

  6. Exhibit Hall Cafe Sponsor

    Sponsors can choose from Thursday or Friday for the refreshment breaks. The refreshment breaks, they are located in the Exhibit Hall and feature coffee, soda, snacks, etc. for attendees and is dedicated time for them to engage with the exhibitors.

  7. NAGAP Awards Program - SOLD
    One of the highlights of the conference is the awards presentation, where excellence in GEM is recognized by NAGAP. Your sponsorship will include two full-page color ads in the final program and a few minutes to make a short presentation to the audience before the program begins. You may also provide a handout or give-away to be placed on the tables.

Keep attendees charged up with mobile charging tables.  These portable tables can be custom branded with your messaging.  The package includes three charging tables, you can place these in your booth or in high traffic areas of the conference space.

Commemorative Item – $2,000
After picking up their registration materials, first up on attendees’ minds is to check out what goodies are in their tote bags! What better way to get your name in front of attendees than with useful takeaways that everyone uses at conference and at home? Some suggested commemorative items include highlighters, promotional flyers, pens/pencils, post-it notes (Sponsor provides the item and it must be pre-approved by NAGAP.

NAGAP Fun Run/Walk - $5,000 ~NEW THIS YEAR~

Your sponsorship includes branding on the Fun Run Tee-shirts and branded water bottles for this popular activity. 

Meter Board Signage - $2,000 per sign~NEW THIS YEAR~

These large form core signs are a great way to get your messaging to conference attendees and are placed in high traffic areas or at your exhibit booth.  You provide the content and NAGAP will produce and ship to the conference.
