69th SESPTC - Vendors

Dear SESPTC Vendor Members:

It is my privilege to announce the 69th annual Southeastern States Pupil Transportation Conference (SESPTC) to be held July 14 – 17, 2019 in Rogers, Arkansas, in conjunction with the Arkansas Association for Pupil Transportation. The SESPTC draws its Executive Board of Directors and invited delegates exclusively from the fourteen member states. It is the oldest and one of the most prestigious regional conferences on school transportation in the nation. Since its inception in 1951, SESPTC participants have consistently been at the forefront in promoting safe, secure, effective and efficient transportation to our school children.

One of the exciting events is the Vendor Trade Show being held Tuesday morning where our delegates will be looking at what your company has to offer to our industry and our individual operations. Your company has long been a consistent supporter of SESPTC. Your continued support through the participation of the vendor show is essential to the success of this conference.

If you have any questions or require more information regarding the conference or sponsorship of one of our meals or breaks, please feel free to contact me or one of our board members. The deadline to sponsor an event is July 9, 2019. Our Sponsorships Levels are as follows:

Platinum – Total meal sponsorship: Listed in program with company logo with speaking opportunity at the event, gift from SESPTC, Signage in trade show for additional recognition. Platinum sponsors work directly with the hotel to plan the meal event.
