A block of rooms has been reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Orlando Airport, located at 5555 Hazeltine National Drive, Orlando FL 32812 80207, 1-407-856-0100. The room rate for Thursday, June 11 - Sunday, June 14 is $129.00 plus 12.5% tax per night. Rooms are available three days prior to and 3 days after, at the group rate, based on availability. The room rate includes complimentary self-parking as well as complimentary Wi-Fi in the guest rooms.

The negotiated group rate is valid up until the cut-off date of Thursday, May 21, 2020. or until the entire allotted group rooms have been reserved within the designated room block. The hotel reserves the right to impose an early check-out fee of $75.00 for guests that depart the hotel on a date earlier that originally reserved. The hotel also reserves the right to impose a late check-out fee of $75.00 for guests checking out by 3:00 pm.  After 3:00 pm, the charge would be for the group rate of $129.00 plus tax. Late departure requests are based on availability and are not guaranteed.
