TVPPA sponsorships are more than simply a conference attendance. TVPPA conferences rely on sponsorships to provide the excellent content and venues and we understand the relationships many of those companies have made with the TVPPA member utilities. Our conferences are engineered to provide an exceptional experience for not only those attending, but for sponsors as well.

Face-time matters! This conference includes multiple breakfasts, breaks and receptions in the exhibit hall that provide ample opportunity for attendees to meet with you - subject matter experts.

Solutions Centers. As a sponsor, you can take advantage of reserving a Solution Center for up to two time slots. These are areas within the exhibit hall that are sectioned off that have a projector, screen and seats for about 20 attendees to come and hear your 20 minute presentation/case study. TVPPA will advertise the titles and time slots and the attendees that join you will have specifically chosen to be there because they have an interest. A great lead opportunity! The diagram below shows the approximate hotel/convention center floor plan. All available booth spaces are indicated in GREEN. Those that have already been reserved are shown in RED. All general sessions are held in a separate hall. Refreshment breaks, breakfasts and receptions will be held throughout the exhibit spaces.
