Call for Abstracts

The  3rd Child Mental & Behavioral Health call for abstract is now open.

Abstract Submission Deadline: 1st December 2014

 


​Submissions are welcome in all topics related to children, adolescent and family mental health particularly with new and emerging data. Please see below for submission guidelines.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES & INSTRUCTIONS

Please use Google Chrome or FireFox or Explorer (8 or up)

Method of Submission: Abstracts may only be submitted online, via the website. You must create a profile.

Language and Length: Abstracts must be submitted in English or Arabic and cannot be more than 350 words.

Notification of Acceptance: Authors will receive confirmation of accepted abstracts by late November 2014. Following notification of acceptance, 

the presenting author must register for the Conference by 5 January 2015 ; abstracts can only be presented on receipt of the registration fee. 

Authors may register on the Conference Website.

Confirmation of Submission: After you submit your abstract, you will receive a confirmation email containing the title of your abstract. 

You can re-enter the submission link at any time to view your abstract.

Presentation Format: Authors can submit abstracts preferences for oral or poster presentation but the scientific committee retains

the final decision to choose the presentation format. Accepted abstracts will be published in the online journal associate with the event.

Abstract topic: Submissions are welcome in all topics related to children, adolescent and family mental health particularly with new and emerging data.

Abstract title - limited to 25 words in UPPER CASE

Body text: Abstracts should clearly state: Aims, Methods, Results and Conclusions. No figures or tables are to be included in the abstract.

We recommend using word-processing software (for example, Word) for editing your abstract and counting the number of words. 350 word limit

Draft abstracts

The submission form allows you to store your abstract as a draft in order to make changes. Please note that abstracts must be 

SUBMITTED before the deadline in order to be sent to review for inclusion in the Scientific Program.

All abstract should be submitted in English or Arabic no later than 1st December 2014.
