EXHIBITOR SETUP
Thursday, April 4th: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Friday, April 5th: 7:00 am - 8:30 am
Exhibitors can set up on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. ACOM representatives will be onsite at the Dothan Civic Center to provide assistance and answer any questions. Upon arrival at the Civic Center, please check-in with ACOM personnel at the Exhibitor Entrance.
EXHIBIT FURNISHINGS
All exhibits will be furnished with:
- Pipe and Drape
- One (1) 6-foot Table
- Two (2) Chairs (additional chairs can be requested)
- Tablecloth
- Table Skirt
- Electricity (if requested)
- Internet (public WiFi available)
EXHIBIT GUIDEBOOK - (NEW!)
This year, ACOM is providing each student with a spiral-bound guidebook of exhibitors, which includes a logo and brief description about your hospital/program or facility (no more than 200 words), as well as a place for notes. While this information is not required, we highly encourage each hospital/program to submit these items with their registration, as it will help further engage students during and after the event.
EXHIBITOR LOUNGE
DOTHAN CIVIC CENTER | Meeting Room C
Open Friday, 7:00 am - 1:30 pm
ACOM will provide an Exhibitor Lounge adjacent to the Exhibit Hall. The Lounge will be open to all exhibitors and will be stocked with refreshments throughout the event. We encourage exhibitors to take breaks as needed during the Expo. Breakfast and Lunch will be served in the Exhibitor Lounge. Lunch will be a grab-and-go, boxed meal.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you are planning to ship materials in advance of the event, please indicate the number of boxes/items you plan to ship in your registration. All packages should be shipped directly to ACOM. The Dothan Civic Center will not accept shipments for this event. Please ship packages to: Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine, Attn: Cheryl Gibson, 445 Health Sciences Blvd., Dothan, AL 36303.
