REGISTRATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations and amendments must be received in writing to Alignment Event Solutions (alex@alignmentevents.com.au). Cancellations by 4 January 2019 will be accepted and fees refunded less 50% of the registration rate. No refunds will be authorised after 4 January 2019. Substitute participants are welcome.

Should you cancel your registration by email and not receive a response within 24 hours, please call Alignment Event Solutions +61 422 970 065.


ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation of accommodation must be made in writing directly to Alignment Event Solutions (alex@alignmentevents.com.au). Cancellation of accommodation made after 4 January 2019 may attract one full night's tariff. Transfer of accommodation booking to another person will be accepted.


PHOTOGRAPHY

If you do not wish to have your photo taken throughout the event, please make yourself known to the photographer and remove yourself when possible from photos being taken at the conference.


INSURANCE

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses.

The insurance should cover loss arising from cancellation of the conference by the organiser or a person's inability to attend due to any reason whatsoever. No responsibility is taken by the conference managers for any person not holding insurance.
