Airport Transportation

All flights should arrive at Hartsfield/Jackson International Airport (ATL) in Atlanta.

The easiest ways to get to the Four Seasons Hotel from the Atlanta Airport are:

• Subway - MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) will take about 31 minutes for a cost of $3.00 to travel from the Atlanta Airport directly to the Arts Center Station, then it is about a 7 minute walk to the Four Seasons Hotel
• Taxi - 17 minute ride for approximately $35.00-$45.00
• Uber/Lyft - 17 minute ride for approximately $14.00-$19.00

Attendance Policy

In order to gain attendance to the Investment Metrics 2019 Client Conference, you must be a customer of Investment Metrics, a speaker invited by Investment Metrics or an associate at Investment Metrics.

Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for this event.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your conference registration with full refund up until March 1, 2019.  After that date, you will receive a refund less $100.00 management fee.  You may also replace your registration with a new attendee.

All cancellations/changes must be sent in writing to Marsha Reynolds, CMP at mreynolds@reynoldsmtgs.com.

Conference Registration Fees & Deadlines

The Registration Fee is per person and covers all sessions and materials, meals noted on agenda, and an evening at the Georgia Aquarium. Space is limited.

• $400     Early Bird - extended to February 15, 2019
• $600     Regular - if registered February 16 - 28, 2019
• $800     Late - if registered March 1 - 26, 2019

Hotel Reservations

If you have not already reserved your hotel room, the Four Seasons Hotel has totally sold out of our block of negotiated rooms, but we are fortunate to have an overflow hotel right next door at the Moxy Atlanta Midtown by Marriott.  To make reservations, simply call the Moxy directly at 404-249-9446 and ask for the "Investment Metrics Group Rate" of $220.00 per night plus taxes.

Parking at the Four Seasons Hotel

The Four Seasons Hotel offers valet parking per night or daily up to 8 hours - both are compliments of Investment Metrics.
