App Sponsorship - $4,000

Exciting new opportunity, sponsor our new app and receive benefits including logo on welcome screen, dedicated ad page, send push notifications to attendees regarding products, invite them to your booth, etc. 

Hotel Room Keys -  $3,250

Nearly 400 nights are spent in the hotel for the Annual District II Meeting each year. With this high impact and cost effective advertising opportunity you can have your message in front of attendees even when they are not in the exhibit hall. This is the perfect vehicle to promote your booth location, symposium session, Product Theater session, new product or app launch. Artwork must be approved by District II. (Does not include price of key cards, company will work directly with PLI)

Mother's Lounge Sponsor - $1,000

Show support of our nursing mothers by providing them with a private room. Display promotional materials in the room. Recognition in program and webpage.

"Doctors Bag" Insert - $850 ($1,000 for non-exhibiting companies)

Ensure that attendees get the information you want them to see/have. Ensure you are in the forefront of their mind by inviting them to visit your booth or attend your symposia session, with a flyer insert on the official ADM bag table. After checking in attendees will pick up their bags, programs, and other materials at the official ADM bag table. Sponsor may provide one printed, double-sided, promotional piece to be included. Piece must promote your company’s product, service or pre-approved event to be held or displayed during the Annual Meeting. Materials must be approved by District II prior to distribution.

Newsletter/Eblast Ads - $850 each 

Market your presence at the Annual District Meeting in our bi-weekly Newsletters and Eblasts to members before the meeting with a banner or box ad. 

2019 Pre & Post Attendee List (names only)- $500

This opportunity is exclusively for 2019 confirmed exhibitors. 

Portable Chargers for Attendees - $4,000

Provide attendees with a useful and practical portable charger to use on the go. Participants will use the chargers throughout the meeting, and in the future to ensure they are always connected! Your company logo will be prominently displayed on the charger to keep your company's products front and center in attendees minds for months to come.
 
Charging Station Sponsorship - $5,000
 
Meeting attendees are always in need for a "recharge" for their many mobile devices, from phones, to laptops. As an exclusive sponsor of the charging station, your company's name and logo will be prominently displayed on a sign by registration as the sponsor of the charging station and your company's add can be placed within the meeting App which attendees will use throughout the meeting. This package also comes with an attendee bag insert that is distributed to each and every attendee. 
 
Junior Fellow Resident Mix & Mingle Sponsorship - $5,000
Mix and mingle with residents, medical students and their mentors at the mix and mingle reception, also have the opportunity to have a table at their round-table discussions.

Registration Bag Logo- $2,000 (SOLD)

Showcase your company's logo on the official meeting bag distributed to all attendees at registration check in. (Open only to non-pharmaceutical and non-medical device companies)

The Exhibit Guide is distributed onsite to all attendees and is available for download on the District II website prior to the meeting. This guide is highly referenced by meeting attendees during and after the meeting. The Exhibit Guide contains a listing of all exhibitors, company descriptions and schedule of activities taking place in the exhibit hall. Ads can be used to promote products, services, educational symposia, or other preapproved sponsored events. District II reserves the right to merge the Exhibit Guide with an existing publication, or place on the Internet at its sole discretion and without notification.
