Hotel Information & Room Reservations
The room rate for Wednesday, January 16 - Saturday, January 19 is $129 plus 14.00% tax, also subject to a daily marketing fee of $2.00 per room, per night and sales tax. Includes Complimentary WI-FI in the guest rooms and the meeting space.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Francis Marion Hotel located on 387 King Street in Charleston. The room block cut-off date is Wednesday, December 19, 2018. Reservation requests received after 5:00 PM ET, will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

Reservations:  Can be made by calling 843-722-0600 or 1-877-756-2121.  To ensure the group rate is honored, you must identify yourself as a member of SWPMTAC. All room reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.

Departure dates will be verified at check-in. After check-in, any individual departing prior to their confirmed departure date will be charged an early departure fee, which is 50% of the room rate, plus tax.

NOTE: Incidentals expenses of Group members will be the responsibility of each guest. You will be required to provide a valid credit card number or a cash deposit of $25.00 per day with the hotel at check-in. 

Hotel parking is available at the City of Charleston owned parking garage adjacent to the hotel.  Rates in 2018:  $25 per day plus tax for valet service, which can be added to the guest room folio, and $20 for self-parking per day, which must be paid directly to the parking garage in cash, MasterCard or Visa.  Pricing is subject to change.

The closest major airport to Charleston, South Carolina is Charleston International Airport (CHS / KCHS). The airport is 16 miles from the center of Charleston.
