Debbie joined Target in 2012, where she leads the Audit Operations team, focused on Internal Audit’s maturity, quality and training. She has eighteen years of audit and risk experience, having previously led Internal Audit’s Corporate Risks team, focused on accounting, finance, and human resources. Prior to joining Target, Debbie was a senior manager in Ernst & Young’s assurance practice, working with insurance companies and financial institutions.
