Steve has spent his entire career in the customer service and contact center business. Before joining ADS Security in 2016, Steve spent 20 years in the cable industry building and operating call centers of scale for Time Warner and Comcast. As the Director of Monitoring for ADS Security, Steve is responsible for monitoring operations, customer service (plus Retention) and data entry.

Bill Kasko is President and CEO of Frontline Source Group, Inc which is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Established in 2004 Frontline provides temporary and direct hire placements for IT, Accounting/Finance, Oil/Gas, HR, and Administrative/Clerical positions.
