Larry Folsom has seventeen years of industry experience. Since 2010, he has owned American Video and Security out of Las Vegas, NV. With four acquisitions and strong organic growth, American Video and Security was selected by Security Dealer and Integrator magazines 2012, 2013, and 2014 Fast 50. Larry is the Immediate Past President of the Nevada Security Association and a member of the ESA Government Relations Committee.

In 2011, Larry Co-Founded I-View Now and is the President and CEO. Larry is the current Vice President of Partnership for Priority Video Alarm Response (PPVAR)

Tom Nakatani has been with ADT for 27 years holding a number of positions. His background includes Call Center Operations and Monitoring Technology, M&A/Integration, Customer Applications, Video Services, and Industry Relations.

Tom's current role encompasses ADT's core monitoring center applications and infrastructure, and as of 2017 the product teams. Tom sits on the board of PPVAR and works closely with a number of security industry associations.

David Snyder is the Vice President of Security Operations at Eyewitness Surveillance, a video analytics and surveillance company that performs active video alarm-based monitoring of outdoor properties such as auto dealers, scrap yards, recycling centers, and corporate centers. David is responsible for all aspects of monitoring operations including false alarm reduction, protocol management, monitoring center guard situational awareness & action response, and customer expectation management.

Prior to working for Eyewitness, David worked for Bombardier Transportation, Teledyne Technologies, and Sikorsky Aircraft (currently owned by Lockheed Martin) within engineering and operations departments using data-driven operational excellence techniques to drive budgetary & process performance improvement. He is a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

David earned his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University in Mechanical Engineering. He received his M.S. from Rensselear Polytechnic Institude in Engineering Science, focusing on Industrial Process Management. David is an Ambassador of the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults - a support and advocacy group for individuals aged 18-40 that have been diagnosed, treated, and have recovered from cancer.

His favorite cheese is Saint-André triple crème.

Mike Tupy serves as Director of Monitoring Technology for Vivint. With 25+ years in the alarm industry, he has served in various roles from installation and service functions to central station manager, IT systems administrator to operations director. He has a B.S. in Business Management from University of Northwestern St. Paul, MN.

Through 20 years of acquisitions and name changes, Mike stayed at the same center which is now the Eagan, MN monitoring location for Vivint. He successfully lead through two monitoring center remodels, a center relocation and the buildout of the Provo, UT monitoring center. Both centers are UL listed.

Mike is currently on several TMA committees and the Alarm Industry Communications Committee.

Mike is happily married with four children, has a passion for photography and serving at his church.

Steve Walker serves as the Vice President of Customer Service for Stanley Convergent Security Solutions based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Steve holds a bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in the Management of Technology from the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology. Steve began his career with Honeywell International in 1985 working 13 years in aerospace product development before transitioning to the Honeywell security monitoring business in 1998. Since that time, he has held leadership positions in both central station IT and operations and has followed the transition of the business from Honeywell ownership to private equity, and again to Stanley Black & Decker in 2007. Steve currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Monitoring Association (TMA) and is the immediate past president of the Partnership for Priority Verified Alarm Response (PPVAR).
