After starting a career in the technology and software development space and working for two of the largest companies in the world, Justin joined the security industry bringing ideas for innovation and efficiency. During his career in the industry, growth at AvantGuard allowed him to grow in experience and responsibility ultimately leading to his selection as President of AvantGuard one year ago.

Justin has a reputation of looking at monitoring in a new light. Often pushing for change, his background in software and technology have allowed him to see problems as opportunities and to understand the limitations of technology as well as the strengths of human operators in protecting lives and property.

Monitoring centers traditionally lag bleeding edge technology by more than a decade and he would love to change this trend and reputation for the entire industry.

Ken Green is founder & CEO of ItsPayd, an automated payment platform utilizing cutting edge technologies to give control back to a company’s billing processes as well as providing users a peace of mind knowing their invoices are confidential and affordable. He has 20 years of executive leadership experience.
Ken has also served in key leadership roles such as CSU San Marcos Alumni Association as its Board President for 4 years and is currently a member of the CSU San Marcos College of Business Dean’s Advisory Board.
With his innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, he stays ahead of various industry needs providing services to improve efficiency while keeping the end user in mind.
Ken graduated with a Master of Business Administration and a certificate of Healthcare Information Technology from California State University San Marcos along with a certificate in Fintech: Future Commerce from MIT.

Mike Tupy serves as Director of Monitoring Technology for Vivint. With 25+ years in the alarm industry, he has served in various roles from installation and service functions to central station manager, IT systems administrator to operations director. He has a B.S. in Business Management from University of Northwestern St. Paul, MN.

Through 20 years of acquisitions and name changes, Mike stayed at the same center which is now the Eagan, MN monitoring location for Vivint. He successfully lead through two monitoring center remodels, a center relocation and the buildout of the Provo, UT monitoring center. Both centers are UL listed.

Mike is currently on several TMA committees and the Alarm Industry Communications Committee.

Mike is happily married with four children, has a passion for photography and serving at his church.
