Harvesting Partnerships is a half-day conference focused on top-tier educational programming. The event begins with a keynote luncheon and the Lillie Knox Investment Award presentation. The afternoon is dedicated to Women’s Business Enterprise led roundtable discussions on business themes such as marketing, legal, human resources and more! The event concludes with a networking reception.

WBE Led Themed Roundtable Discussions

In an effort to bring more visibility to the wealth of skills our WBEs provide, we our offering something new! After the keynote luncheon, instead of hour long workshops led by one speaker, we are hosting WBE led roundtable discussions centered on business themes.

There are four rounds of discussions from 1:30pm - 3:05pm. Each discussion is 20 minutes followed by five minute transition to find the next table.

Lillie Knox Investment Award
The Lillie Knox Investment Award is a cash prize of up to $20,000, exclusively available to WBCS Women's Business Enterprises, to help further business growth. Current members, in good standing, are welcome to apply annually for consideration.

Debbie Dennis
Chief Customer Officer and SVP Human Resources & Corporate Affairs

Debbie Dennis is Oncor’s Chief Customer Officer and SVP Human Resources & Corporate Affairs. In her current role she has responsibility for customer service, community relations, economic development, branding and communications, as well as all human resource planning, policy, performance management, rewards strategies, sourcing, talent management and employee and labor relations. She is also responsible for the strategic direction of Oncor’s philanthropy, community involvement and employee engagement initiatives and their alignment with the company’s business goals. This includes serving as the executive sponsor of Oncor’s employee volunteer programs and Oncor’s signature volunteer program, Oncor Texas Trails. Dennis also serves as the Loaned Executive Director for the Dallas Mayor’s Youth Fitness Initiative, a public-private partnership with the City of Dallas with a vision to make Dallas kids the healthiest kids in the nation. 


In her 39 years with the company, Dennis has worked in a number of corporate and customer service functions. She has management experience in human resources, customer service, supply chain, outsourcing management and corporate philanthropy.


Dennis currently serves on the Board of the Dallas Regional Chamber and a number of non-profit boards including the American Foundation for the Blind (National Board of Trustees Vice Chair and Local Center on Vision Loss Board Chair), WiNGS of Dallas (Board Member, Executive Committee and Nominating Committee Chair), the Baylor Scott and White Health and Wellness Institute Board (Chair), and a member of the AHA Dallas Heart Walk 2018 Executive Leadership Team. 


Dennis graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management. She is also a graduate of Leadership America, Leadership Texas, Leadership Dallas and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, Dallas Assembly, International Women’s Forum and Executive Women’s Roundtable.

Patricia Rodriguez Christian
President and CEO
CRC Group

Ms. Rodriguez Christian is the President and CEO of the CRC Group Inc. The firm’s holdings have covered the sectors of restaurant, retail, business support services, real estate and construction. As a serial entrepreneur she has led the organization’s mergers and acquisitions and oversees the general management of the firm’s holdings. Her expertise has developed strategic alliances to deploy customer focused solutions. She sold her first business at age 28.

Prior to her 20 years as an entrepreneur, she was recognized for leading product introduction and penetration in diverse communities at a Fortune 200 corporation. In the public sector she received the Bronze Medal for Superior Federal Service at the U.S. Department of Commerce for program leadership among research institutions.
