Mini-Labs
New to this year’s GCMAS meeting is the Mini-Lab. With the abundance of space in this year’s convention center, there is a unique opportunity to enhance your exposure to our membership. Sponsoring exhibitors will be allowed to set up a full system in conjunction with other companies (for example, a motion capture, EMG and force plate company, all in one room). These mini-labs will then be available for conference-led tutorials and workshops, with prominent signage indicating room sponsors. In addition, these mini-labs will also be available for demonstrations throughout the conference by those sponsoring exhibitors. Exhibitors may also choose to hold a user group meeting in those rooms on Wednesday evening (space is complimentary; food and beverage will need to be coordinated with Conference Center catering).

Mini-Lab opportunities are available to Bronze, Silver and Gold Level Sponsors (see next page). Pairings of Mini-Lab sponsors may be requested, but final room assignments are at the discretion of GCMAS. Up to four mini-labs (room sizes may vary, see chart above) are available. The fifth room will be the “Emerging Technology” Mini-Lab. This will be a shared space that may be used by other vendors who offer new applications and equipment outside of traditional motion capture lab technology.

User Group Meetings
If you are interested in hosting a User Group meeting, the Program committee has designated time on Wednesday evening following the day’s program. Vendors who are interested in holding a user group meeting within the Crowne Plaza should contact Kirsten Tulchin-Francis (Kirsten.Tulchin-Francis@tsrh.org) to inquire about obtaining a meeting room within the hotel. She will put you in contact with Hotel/Conference Liaison for GCMAS who can further assist you with any food and beverages needs you may have.

Exhibit Hall/Booth Selection
Exhibit booths will be located in the main ballroom of the Frisco Conference Center, which provides approximately 14,000 square feet of space for exhibit booths and food and beverages for attendees. Posters will be displayed among the exhibitor’s booths in the Exhibit Hall, as well. Complimentary wireless internet access will be available throughout the conference venue, including the exhibitor/poster area.

The layout for exhibitor booths will be available shortly. During the registration process, please indicate your booth selection from among those available at the time of your registration.

The process of selecting a company to provide exhibitor services is underway. Details will be made available on this site once they are available.

Booth Rates
New to the 2019 Meeting, GCMAS is offering exciting new sponsorship levels to match all exhibitors. The Standard Exhibitor package will include a 10’x10’ booth with pipe and drape, electricity, 1 table and 2 chairs. Each sponsorship level above the standard package will include a $1000 Student Travel Sponsorship. Recognizing that our student members are not only the future of GCMAS, but will also be leaders in motion analysis research and academics, Student Travel Sponsors will have an exclusive invitation to the Student Mixer on Tuesday afternoon. Each level of sponsorship does include a price reduction in the cost of the booth, as well as addition signage and recognition at the meeting, on the website and in the proceedings. Lastly, a reduced rate is being offered for up to three first-time GCMAS exhibitors.

Exhibitor registration includes complimentary attendance at all Conference functions for 2 people per booth space, including the Welcome Reception and Banquet, to allow interactions with attendees in a more social setting. Additional exhibit staff can register at a reduced rate.
